Syvecs S7D-6: direct-injection control and specifications

S7D-6 provides integrated control for up to six direct-injection injectors, with six ignition outputs. Compared with S7D-4, its published specification allocates more DI and ignition channels but fewer low-side port-injector/PWM outputs.

Choose this version when the control plan requires up to six DI injector channels and its other outputs meet the build requirements. Its eight low-side port-injector/PWM outputs are not eight DI channels.

• 6 direct-injection injector outputs with integrated driver hardware
• 6 ignition outputs; TTL or IGBT hardware selected at order time
• 2 direct-injection pump outputs; confirm the supplied build configuration and pump compatibility
• 8 low-side port-injector/PWM outputs
• 6 additional low-side PWM outputs
• Main relay control with power hold

Inputs and communication

The manual lists 14 frequency inputs, 4 ADC voltage inputs, 4 thermistor inputs, 2 knock inputs and 2 EGT thermocouple inputs. Wideband-lambda hardware choices are specified at order time. Communication includes 3 CAN buses with CAN FD support, LIN, RS232, Ethernet and USB interfaces.

Ignition and pump-control planning

The six ignition outputs need the correct coil or external-igniter arrangement. Specify TTL or IGBT hardware at ordering; do not assume either configuration is interchangeable.

Verify the direct-injector type, required current-control setup and high-pressure-pump control with the installer. The pump outputs and driver configuration must match the supplied ECU build and the actual fuel system.

Before ordering

• Provide the engine code, vehicle, transmission and intended fuel system.
• Confirm DI, port-injection and ignition channel assignments separately.
• Specify TTL or IGBT ignition hardware and any required wideband-lambda configuration.
• Confirm the harness, connectors, sensors, software configuration and retained factory-module communication.
• Check what the quote includes; do not assume a universal ECU listing includes a vehicle-specific plug-and-play harness or calibration.

Installation and commissioning should be carried out by a competent installer and calibrator using the manual for the supplied hardware.
